I’ve grown up in the mortgage industry—starting right out of school—and over the past 30 years, I’ve worked with nearly every type of mortgage bank and brokerage, from large institutions to small, independent firms. Along the way, I’ve owned companies, managed teams, and consistently ranked as a top-producing loan originator.

Now, I’m incredibly proud to announce the next chapter: I’m a co-owner of Onda Lending Inc., alongside my brother, Joshua Rytz, and our longtime friend and colleague, Rachel Fransen. We’ve built Onda Lending as a boutique mortgage brokerage that focuses on a limited number of clients at a time, offering a highly personalized and responsive experience.
