About Josh
I have been working in the mortgage industry for over 25 years and I still feel like I am growing as a professional. I started in the copy room and over time worked my way up to the executive management ranks of both publicly traded companies and privately held firms. I am now in the broker side of the business as I believe this gives my clients access to great programs, great rates, and most importantly great service.
Because of the experience I have built up over the years I am able to bring a unique set of business experiences to my daily work life to better serve our customers and my employees. I believe it is important to be involved in the entire process to truly help understand what is going on in the transactions we do everyday.
There is nothing more important for a company than the customer experience and I believe that starts from the very first point of contact. Each and every person in an organization has a role to play. From the back office to the front line sales force all of us have an impact on the success of the company and the experience that we can deliver.
